Imagine the romance of your wedding on the seashore with a photographic
session on the marina. Then move upstairs to a reception in the beautiful
surrounds of our function room overlooking the very site of your wedding
ceremony and your photo session, not to mention the constant boating
activities associated with the waterway you will be overlooking.
Our function room offers views of Port Phillip that are second to none. Weddings, Birthdays, Conferences, and Social gatherings are ideally suited to the function room.
Our fully stocked bar will service your needs for all of your refreshment requirments. We will take a look at any special orders you may have in mind. The club's liquor licence does not allow BYO of any kind. Our licence allows us to serve alcohol up until 12 midnight on Friday and Saturday's.
Room Hire Prices as follows:
Private Functions, Weddings, Birthdays: BYS Members - $220.00 (gst incl.) price includes bar staff.
Non Members - $660.00 (gst incl.) price includes bar staff.
Conferences (9am - 5pm) $11.00 per head (gst incl.) Minimum charge - $220.00
Maximum 100 people
Additonal charges apply for extended hours.
Additional charges apply for the bar to be open.
Room Hire Rates for Community Organisations will be determined by the Committee.
Prices above are room hire only (unless stated otherwise). Caterers, decor, security, entertainment, conference equipment etc... must be organised by the hirer at their cost.
Cleaning will be charged if clubhouse is not returned to its original condition.
Accommodation & Catering packages can be organised through Coast Restaurant & The Boathouse Motel/Moody's Motel at an extra charge.
